    ActionFramework basic calls are integrated in ActionControls. ActionLinkButton is included in ListView.xslt. ActionButton works in standalone mode and does not work under ActionMenu :(. ActionMenu is simplified. IActionMenu is renamed to IActionUiAdapter, after all, it's better than IActionMenu label.
